Dear Colleagues of the Cosmic Ray Community,

Our colleagues in the US are preparing a white paper in ultra-high
energy cosmic rays as part of the decadal survey by the National
Research Council. You are invited to look at the paper, available at
http://uhecr.uchicago.edu/. You are also invited to support the white
paper if you choose to do so. Please notice that the paper is intended
to be submitted by the end of this week.
