[THEGrid] Fwd: New link for TIGRE VO registration

FYI.  For the moment, please register your DOEGrids or other  
certificate into the TIGRE VO as below.  We can decide later whether  
to split out the THEGrid registration into a separate VO or VOMS/ 
VOMRS server.

For those of you new to this conversation, we are in the process of  
building the infrastructure to allow Texas high Energy Grid users to  
become users of the newly formed state-wide TIGRE grid, to be demo'ed  
at Supercomputing 2005 in Seattle in November.

If you don't find an institutional representative listed yet for your  
institution, pick my info., and we'll assign you to an institutional  
representative for your institution later.  Please register!
