[THEGrid] THEGrid executive board meeting and Fall activity

Hi all,

We were interrupted by Hurricane Rita and then by the Global Grid Forum 
I had to attend a couple of weeks ago, but I would like to schedule an 
Executive Board meeting for THEGrid followed by a Fall semester 
activity to get things going again.

The good news is that we've been working actively on building the TIGRE 
infrastructure upon which (along with Open Science Grid) THEGrid was 
supposed to be built, and I have a prototype VOMS server for TIGRE now 
up and running.  Adding one for THEGrid with full role-based support 
for compatibility with OSG will be easy once we get a couple of 
remaining firewall and server issues worked out, so it is really easy 
to imagine THEGrid coming into full being in a short while after a long 
period of groundwork and infrastructure-building.

Could I ask one representative from each institution to contact me as 
soon as possible for making the schedule for participation in the above 
activities, in order to be inclusive of those who have joined the 
project in the meantime?  (The existing Executive Board members know 
who they are, and we should build from there to make progress...)
