We will have the first of our organizational meetings for THEGrid 
tomorrow, July 23 from 9:30 to 10:00 am by ESNet video, with the agenda 
below.

Note earlier messages might have mis-stated the video number, it is 
8284743, which can be remembered by the mnemonic 82TGRID if you look at 
your telephone keypad.  Phone access for up to 8 people can be 
accommodated by calling 1-510-883-7860 then entering the same meeting 
ID followed by the # key when it answers.  If you have multiple people 
wanting to connect by phone from the same institution, perhaps you can 
share a phone line to conserve them, otherwise connect by video.
