[THEGrid] THEGrid ganglia setup

    Dear THEGrid colleagues,

    In preparation for our SC2004 demonstration, we, at UTA,
    have setup THEGrid ganglia server and have added three
    clusters at UTA onto it.   In order to make the response
    of ganglia monitoring better, we would like to chose an
    option that would require each THEGrid sites to setup 
    their ganglia web front.  The instruction for this remote
    setup can be found at the following URL:

    I would suggest each site to set this up following the
    above instruction and let me and my graduate student,
    Nirmal Ranganathan, know of IP addresses of the
    machine with your ganglia web front loaded.
