[THEGrid] Postings and attachments

Hi folks,

Sorry for the size of the last posting.  In general, we should all try 
to put things on web pages and point people to them, but this was the 
first post and I thought the initial document was important.

When we set up THEGrid pages on the HiPCAT site and elsewhere, it will 
be easier to do the "polite thing" and point people to useful documents 
on the Web.
