[THEGrid] Monthly meeting schedule for THEGrid coordination

I have been in contact with several people to try to work out the 
schedule and action items for THEGrid meetings.  There is a general 
consensus that a monthly schedule would work, and a desire to choose a 
more optimum meeting time.

If you know your class schedule, etc., please send it to me off the 
list so we can shoot for the best time slot.  (I know we said we would 
have weekly meetings, but we are not there yet.)  I have a preference 
for the first Friday of the month from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.  We need to 
focus right now on identifying possible resource clusters and computers 
for THEGrid and HiPCAT, and on getting monitoring (Ganglia at first, 
MONAlisa eventually) on them to help gauge the availability for future 
projects.  This level of monitoring should be easy to convince your 
system administrators to adopt since it is based on a standard that is 
widely used, and is already in use at many of the major facilities.  We 
can discuss other action items at the next monthly meeting.

Does anyone have any objections to this schedule?
